Standard Policy
All P360 business activities are based on the trust we have with our customers.
To provide better services and maintain a healthy relationship with our customers, we realize the importance of information security and hereby have set a standard policy to protect the assets of our customers from various security threats. This policy displays our company wide effort to address information security.
1. Operating System
We have set security guidelines such as Standard Policy, Rules and Regulations, Standard Operating Procedures, and General Guidelines to establish an operating procedure to protect information security. We will continue to maintain and improve our business activities to address the guidelines set within our policy.
2. Definition of Information Security
Information Security refers to the process and methodologies which are designed and implemented to protect print, electronic or any other form of confidential, private and sensitive information or data from unauthorized access, use, misuse, disclosure, destruction, modification or disruption.
3. Measures to protect information assets
To protect information assets from unauthorized access, we will place necessary resources to ensure safety. In the event that security is breached in any way, we will immediately conduct a thorough investigation to determine the cause and implement appropriate measures to prevent it from reoccurring.
4. Education
We ensure that all our staff (Board members, employees, temp staff, subcontracting company employees and hired specialists) are fully aware of the security measures (Standard Policy on Information Security and other related standards and guidelines) set forth within our offices and network environment. We will provide the necessary education and training required for increasing employee awareness on a regular basis.
5. Related Policies and Guidelines
All employees using personal information will adhere to all related policies and guidelines involved.
