System Measurement

All phone calls to the P360 examination center go through the HP Cloud System. As the examiner proceeds with the test, the automatic evaluation system measures the speaking speed and length of speech. The system transfers this into points and employees are evaluated on their business English speaking ability from the perspective of ‘Speed/Time’.

Hybrid Evaluation
The P360 evaluation system consists of a hybrid mixture of the Cloud System rating and the examiner evaluation. The Cloud System measures speech length, response time and pronunciation and the examiners will evaluate the actual content and logical structure of the speech.

Cloud System evaluation is accurate in its ratings, however, it cannot evaluate the actual contents of the speech. On the other hand, different examiners may have different evaluation. This hybrid system is intended to cover these weaknesses.
