There are 50 levels to the P360 grading system where points range from 0.1 to 5.0 (some companies have 100 levels). Assessment criteria include target performance rate, response speed, airtime, vocabulary usage, communication skill, presentation skill, stress tolerance. The final assessment is calculated by adding the points of each of these categories. Maintaining a level of correlativity with CEFT standards, P360 has been customized for business use with evaluation grades ranging from A to C.
